Hi! The warrior will come out, but you have to work at it.. How are you doing and what are your goals? Are you eating right/clean, drinking lots of water, and lifting some weights? If you can start with a change in at least one of these the rest will get a little easier.. the healthier you get everything else comes along.. :)

I may take you up on the offer.. By October, who knows what I will be able to accomplish!~ How are you? I was really sick then on vacation but have kept to my clean eating and working out! woohho!!

My workouts are coming along great! I am headed to the gym right now! Even it being the 4th of July weekend and was out of town I have stayed 100% on track with eating.. :) I want your guns!!

Yep me too.. Lol. My family knows I always have jalepenos or Tabasco, or whatever around.. I made my own hot sauce tonight..just another thing to put on my chicken. lol

That is close to what I eat.. I don't eat a lot of carbs.. My love of tortilla chips on this new way of eating is kind of out the window.. I do eat yams or sweet potatoes plain..

Good! I made all my meals for the week also yesterday. Sundays are my day to grill, steam and package up! Chicken, tuna, salad, veggies, steel cut oats, boilded eggs..typical diet.. You?

They are going great! Thanks for asking! I had my first workout this morning with my trainer and am starting to feel a little sore and am a little excited about it ;) I see him 3x's a week. How are you doing? You look great!
