Hi!
The warrior will come out, but you have to work at it..
How are you doing and what are your goals?
Are you eating right/clean, drinking lots of water, and lifting some weights?
If you can start with a change in at least one of these the rest will get a little easier.. the healthier you get everything else comes along.. :)

My workouts are coming along great! I am headed to the gym right now!
Even it being the 4th of July weekend and was out of town I have stayed 100% on track with eating.. :)

I made my own hot sauce tonight..just another thing to put on my chicken. lol

That is close to what I eat.. I don't eat a lot of carbs.. My love of tortilla chips on this new way of eating is kind of out the window.. I do eat yams or sweet potatoes plain..

I made all my meals for the week also yesterday. Sundays are my day to grill, steam and package up!
Chicken, tuna, salad, veggies, steel cut oats, boilded eggs..typical diet..

I had my first workout this morning with my trainer and am starting to feel a little sore and am a little excited about it ;) I see him 3x's a week.
