My goal is to eat clean and work my muscles to become healthy and tightttt!
Goal (Long):
About 4 years ago I lost 50lbs on WeightWatchers and jogging on the treadmill. I could'nt believe I was into the 160's on the scale. A terminal illness with my mother let me lose sight and I managed to gain it all back.
Here I am again, but its different now.
I am eating clean: 5meals a day with lean protein, veggies and yams and oatmeal.
I joined the gym and am LOVING IT! Hired a personal trainer to help me with weightlifting and LOVING IT.
1 year from now, people walking down the street that see me will know that I intentionally workout and take pride in my health and body.
I would watch Cory Everson back in the day and wanted her body. Now I will have my own.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 65 lb

I am down 2% bodyfat from when I started with the trainer since the end of June. I don't know how that compares to usual/customary but seems low. However, I am seeing and feeling a difference everywhere. Many people noticing and commenting. Anyways.. Its a going and feelling good about...
thank you for the blog comment a while back, sorry I haven't been able to get back with you until now, I really appreciate the support, i hope you're doing good! how are your workouts coming along?
I very first started Hell Week as only a one day thing doing 500 pushups. Then Janthony tacked more on to it each time out over the months.
I challenge you to do 500 pu's the next time I have to go through it (might be in October). You can totally do it.
OMG!!! My favorite food is Salsa and Tortilla chips. REALLY!! I could eat that everyday for lunch and dinner. I love the HOT tostito salsa.I still put Salsa on almost everything I eat. Green, red, chipotle.
