well how long have you been lifting and where did you start from. like were you in good shape when you started. It definately looks like youve gotten bigger though and your abs are more defined.

yeah bro. I can already notice a difference with the creatine. my workouts are more intense and I deffinately have made gains already with it.

Yeah I've worked out here and there but never stuck to it. I took a month off or so to do some major research and that is where bb.com comes in. Now I eat and train better and I'm more motivate than ever. I won't quit till I achieve my goal. My advice to you is read the forums for any questions you may have. Trust me it is worth the time. Only you can stop yourself. Don't let anyone else bring you down or make you believe you can't do it. Pain is weakness leaving the body.

oh damn, that sucks. ummm haha i made the wrong choice by getting fruit punch the first. it tastes like shit. but get choco its so much better.

Im trying to get bigger right now. I havent really set a target weight but around 190. Im trying to stay lean at the same time though. what about you?

deffinately take 100% whey protein as a base. and ive been taking bsn cellmass for about a week now and ive noticed a difference. Ive put on about 4 pounds with protein in about 2 weeks and i havent had any mass results with the cell mass yet. just remember to take it after you workout and not too much. and eat as much ****ing food as you can and drink water.
