Background
The first time I workout was with my father when I was 15. I was training for basketball. I stop play basketball when I was 16 so I quit training. On january 2010, I was talking with my friend about lifting weights. So, I decide to take it seriously. On january 17th I went to te grocery and buy healty food and train my ass of 4 times a week. Over the year I learn alot of thing and read alot. I'll continue training for the rest of life for sure !!
The sensation you have when your working out. You feel so free and its all about the body and the mind. You so focuse everytime you go to the GYM. I Love to see my body change. I love to see my strenght goes up. I love to feel like a superhuman !

When I'm cutting I train 3 times a week in the gym and do Trisets for every muscle.
Day 1: Legs
Trisets:
Squats + Lunges + Leg extension: 4 sets x 10-15 reps each
Box Jump + Lunge Jump + Vertical JUmp: 3 sets x Failure
Day 2: Abs + Cardio
I change my abs routine every 2 weeks. Cardio depends on my mood. SOmetimes HIIT sometimes long cardio like 45 minutes.
Day 3: Chest + Triceps
Trisets 1:
Decline DB press + Incline DB press + Flat DB Flye: 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Trisets 2:
High Cable flye + Middle cable flye + Low cable flye: 2 sets of 10-15 reps
Trisets:
Straight bar cable pushdown + DB Skull Crusher +DB kickback: 3 sets of 10-15 reps
Day 4: Abs + Cardio
Same as day 2
Day 5: Back + Shoulders + Biceps
Trisets:
Pull-ups + Barbell row + Cable row: 4-5 sets of 10 reps
Supersets:
Rear delt raise + Lateral raise: 2 sets of 10 reps
Trisets:
Barbell curl + Incline DB curl + DB hammer curl: 2-3 sets of 10 reps
Day 6: Abs + Cardio
Same has day 2 and 4.
Day 7: Off or sometimes recovery cardio (20 minute slow cardio)
