How I Started:
My boyfriend. He is a bodybuilder and made me realize that you can do anything if you put your mind to it. Watching him go through all that he went through made me see it's worth it in the end. I'm excited to get started and see where it all takes me!
Why I Love It:

Goal (Long):
I've always been self conscious of my body. No matter what anyone said, it wasn't what I wanted. I want to be able to be proud of my body and show it off! I know eventually it will all come in the place, and I think this is going to help me!
Today I'm back on track! I've been slacking a lot lately!! Not a good thing at all. My mind is back in the zone :) I got up early and went to the gym and I feel great today! I need to start eating realllly clean!! I need motivation!!!!!!!!!!
If you could give me an example of what you do in a week. What you do for exercises, how much cardio do you do, what kind of cardio (running, walking, bike). basically what you did to get your results. Also what your diet was like (ie what did you mainly eat, portions, what did you cut out, etc. From you pics, what you did in 3 months looks outstanding! Thanks so much for your help

My training's going well. I've been beating myself up the last couple of days because i haven't lost enough fat and only gained muscle. But then i realized, i wouldn't have the definition i have if i wasn't loosing fat. lol
