Thanks sweets! I am still doing amazingly well! It was great to have some recovery time...and now I am back at it! I am planning to do a 5K run for Children's Education & Literacy through my University (as a "side dish" to my fitness plans)
How 'bout you? Everything coming along as you'd like it to?
