Overall Goal: I delivered my baby girl on November 5th, 2009 via C-section after 8 hours of induced labour! Now I am recovering....but when my OB/GYN gives me the go ahead..it's back to the gym I go!

How I Started:
I was motivated to workout because I loved how much energy I got from being active with downhill skiing, and cycling! Once I started to workout at the gym, and hired a personal trainer...I fell in love!
Why I Love It:
There is nothing more rewarding than feeling strong and energized after a high intensity workout!
I also love the endorphins that kick in post workout!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by meeting up with my amazing personal trainer once a week.
As a female road cyclist, I stay super motivated, by educating myself about everything I possibly can about my sport!
There is nothing more motivating for me to stick to my plan, than thinking about myself in cute (tight)booty shorts at the gym, and other HOT workout pieces from the glorious VATA Brasil!
BB Accomplishments:
I am a fitness model for an UNBELIEVABLE high fashion sportswear company here in Vancouver called, VATA Brasil!! **Everything about the company, the active wear/swimwear is AWE inspiring!

This was a photo shoot I did with the 1950's pinup girl inspiration in mind. I was lookin sweet...but not toned and fit like I wanted to be...so I changed a few things...
This is me at 4.5 months pregnant! I am concentrating more on my nutrition, making sure that I gain weight slow and steadily throughout my pregnancy.
My workout program is essential, and I am working at maintaining the muscle mass I have!

Goal (Long):
Keep my weight gain within the healthiest perameters throughout my pregnancy! (Following doctor's orders)
Maintain the workout regimen my personal trainer has given me during my pregnancy
Walk with my black lab puppy everyday for at least 30minutes per walk!
