Goal (Long):
Wanna put more lean muscle on while taking my BF down and increase my endurance and VO2 max. Kind of contradictory goals, but with balance and focus come results and progress. Ideal body composition would be 5% BF at 230 with 19" bi's and a 32" waist again--it's been so long since 32's fit, dangit.
Gettin' it done, mouthfirst one pizza, brat, burger at a time. Kind of ironic to go from anorexic skinny kid to buffed out competitive eater at 7% BF. Nice transformation and lifestyle change, but I wonder about overall health & longevity.....hmm?
Some strange things are brewing in the sky's above, it's never this rainy or cold in early summer, it's a high desert I live in for pete's sake. What the eff is going on? Last weekend another attempt at enjoying the great outdoors was undertaken and ended up getting soaked the whole time....not...
Hittin up an endurance specific training regimen geared towards increasing stamina and oxygen utilization but still creating as much trauma to each Type I, II and IIb fiber types for size and explosive strength. Sacrifice size right now for endurance, so it's a fine line between light 50-65% 1rm...

Im brining in about 6000 cals a day and hitting it like nobodys business. Just trying to hit that 300lb mark. You know how it is on the road to freak nastyville.
