How I Started:
I've struggled with my weight my entire life. You just eventually get to that point where you're sick of being fat, period. I started this journey of mine 3 years ago and the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
Besides seeing the results of hard work, I love the feeling I get after a hard workout. It's almost a high.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my body change is enough to keep me going, I don't want to stop. That and looking at pictures of female body builders and fitness models.

Great progress in just a short time! Keep it up! I used to be 170lbs and now I'm 130 so I know how tuff it can be! But bb.com is a great place for support and knowledge.. just don't give up, you'll get there!
