Does history guide you, or do you set out to change it?
Goal (Long):
I just want to be the best I can possibly be, no matter what the limits. Im willing to work as hard as a have to to make my dreams come true.
I also hope to help many people along the way, because at the end of the days its not about what you've done but how you've effected those around you.
After 4 months of lower back problems, its finally starting to heal up. I just hope it keeps on this track.
Im so excited...did legs today without a pinch or a problem and I feel great. I'll post a video later and I know its not THAT much weight but its a start and thats all I can ask for now :)
Whats up Juggernaut... I heard you were gonna be liftin with us next Sunday. Just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I've been liftin solo for quite a while so I'm ready and excited to have some PRO'S to train with for a change...Lets bring everything we got!!

Great progress pic Anthony! Reminds me of someone else quite a bit. The ab area is insane (jealous). So how are you these days? Myself, lost 4lbs already and dropped to 12% (assuming the calipers are correct). And best of all, I really don't feel like I'm dieting and still have plenty of energy. -T
Nice. Hamstrings is one of my trouble spots. Just difficult trying to adequately work them and be a big enough of a counter to my big powerful quads. Yeah after this cut, I'll be bulking again starting January to my ultimate goals. Hoping to give Mr. J a run for his money. The PR was 205 for 9 on Incline Bench, the heaviest weight I ever handled for that amount. Great at stimulating me to continued greatness.
Awesome! What comp is it and how much more time to have to prep? Any specific areas you're working on? Yeah, you are indeed a personal trainer. Even if not, you do a good job of looking the part. lol! I myself am cutting down as well, but mostly just bring the fat levels under control. Never really had a successful cut yet, so looking forward to defeating it. While hasn't been long, I did manage to do a PR on Incline Bench on Monday. Helps in motivating me to achieve my best.
Hey Anthony, haven't chatted with you in a while. How are things with you? I can't remember are you prepping for a comp or in the middle of a bulk? BTW, like the fit status. You almost sound like a personal trainer or something. lol!
