When I Started:
How I Started:
After my first asthma attack in the fourth grade I wanted to naturally rid myself of asthma so I could participate in sports. My Mom created a special diet that include garlic and I created my own personal exercise routine when I was in the fifth grade. From there I started using dumbbells and running two to three miles a week. I have continued my fitness routine to this day.
Why I Love It:
I love to see the results and staying fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Stress keeps me motivated. I'm a non-drinker so working out is my liquor, lol.
BB Accomplishments:
Breaking the 200lb mark and slowly gain a six pack stomach.
