I was in health class learning about all the things that could happen to my body if I stay obese. I made the decesion to start working out that very day. It is one of the best choices I have ever made.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling and the rush from lifting. I love being complimented on my achievements. I love when people notice that I have been slimming down.
How I Stay Motivated:
Support from Friends and others, watching bodybuilder workout videos...and I just remind myself "You have to do it, whether you want to or not"
BB Accomplishments:
I have gone from weighing 396 lbs to weighing 316 lbs.

My current goal is to continue losing fat, while gaining muscle.
Goal (Long):
I have been unhealthy my whole entire life. I won't make any excuses for it and now im paying for it. My goal is to lose this fat im carrying around and turn it into lean muscle. I am tired of being the fat guy. I idolize Jay Cutler. I often set around thinking man it would be nice to be able to look like that. So I am setting a goal to look better, feel better, and be better.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 50 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
25%

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?

What is the best type of protein for you?
Whey Protein
Why is this type of protein best?
Because it tastes good and it really helps my muscles in the healing process
Hey!, Had not written a bodyblog in a little while so I thought I would. With Springtime here I hope to start doing a lot more cardio. Also, I now have access to freeweights and I plan to maximize my time in there doing compound excersizes, I currently am in a bind at making a good...
Congrats on your achievements, I used to be a big guy myself, so I know how difficult it can be to lose the pounds. Best of luck with your training in 09'. You may want to put off using an N.O. product until you have shed a few more pounds - they can affect blood pressure and put unnecessary strain on your heart.
If u were to go with n.o. product tho, i would definitely suggest NO XPLODE. that stuff is crazy dude. gives seroius pumps without so much powder and its awesome. its a little more expensive, but almost same price. i was using it and decided to give nano vapor a try cus of all the hype, but i say no xplode is better. after my bottle's done, ima try superpumped250 cus i heard real good reviews about that too. lemme kno wut u think!
Hey! Yeah NAno Vapor really works well for me. It gives real good pumps and keeps me going thruout my workout. However, the negatives about it are that its way too expensive, and u have to use a lot of powder to get u really going, lyk the scoops are really big so the bottle runs out pretty quick..
