How I Started:
I recently started taking up Judo to keep up in shape and learn some form of martial arts. I was on a steady diet when I was in High School and I want to get back on it.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy I get from working out.
I like seeing results and I just want to be ripped and big.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting a goal for myself and changing my life for the better. I want to look good for the summer and all year round.

Hey Joe, my training is still on track. Down about 20 pounds overall to 240 now. A lot of that is because when I lift or do cardio I am a lot more strict on what I eat because i don't want to waste the effort. I try to lose a couple pounds each week and I make sure to remember that it's going to take a good chunk of time before I get to where I eventually want to be. Keep going with eating clean and the cardio and you'll get where you want to go.

What's up, Judo? Training is going good. I'm down to 250. Want to go to 200 and then build up w/ lean muscle. I see you're dropping the weight. Just keep it going 1 pound at a time. I'll check in on you later.
Oh word up dude! That's freaking kick ass man you're gonna know a lot of really cool **** here in no time! Check out Aikido though seriously it focuses on being grounded and centered and if you ever get the chance to achieve true ground and center it's a feeling like no other! Simply amazing! Right on man that's tight well be prepared to loose a **** load of brain cells and go half retarted cuz you will take a serious beating if you do mma they all do. But you gotta go after your dreams regardless and great risks can equate to great rewards. Take it EAZY
