Hey Joe, my training is still on track. Down about 20 pounds overall to 240 now. A lot of that is because when I lift or do cardio I am a lot more strict on what I eat because i don't want to waste the effort. I try to lose a couple pounds each week and I make sure to remember that it's going to take a good chunk of time before I get to where I eventually want to be. Keep going with eating clean and the cardio and you'll get where you want to go.

Check out Aikido though seriously it focuses on being grounded and centered and if you ever get the chance to achieve true ground and center it's a feeling like no other! Simply amazing!
