When I Started:
Feb, 2007
How I Started:
My blood pressure was through the roof, I weighed 375 pounds, and I was about to die. I made a life or death choice.
Why I Love It:
I feel awesome. I can run up a hill now, climb, jump, skip and dance.
How I Stay Motivated:
No motivation needed. I just dont overdo it or get fanatical about weighing or eating things. If I go out with some friends I eat crappy. Oooo big deal. I think a large part of being healthy is also keeping your mind healthy by not overdoing it.
BB Accomplishments:
So far I lost over 150 pounds.

Lose excess fat, then slowly and without rush build lean mass over the years.
Goal (Long):
Nothing special other than what I wrote in the short version. Slowly lose body fat until I am around 10%, then slowly gain only lean mass and maintain my fat around 10%. I dont want less because it looks unnatural to be so ripped, and I dont want more because you start to look a little chubby. 10 seems just right.
I always believed with the right determination and program you can become a good size naturally. I am well on my way now, and this dude truly inspires me because he is a natural athlete.
Day 1: Back + Forearms (bad right wrist, permanant injury cannot lift hand "up" hence the exercises chosen for forearms) + Biceps (Biceps done bi-monthly on back day)
Deadlifts (6 sets)
Bent over rows (4 sets)
Bent over dumbell raises (4 sets)
Good mornings (4 sets)
Wow. What a transformation! Continue posting information as you can. I know people that will look at your efforts and results as a positive example of change.
You are truly an inspiration man. I started around the same weight 375-380. I am currently down to around 350. I want to be below 300 by the end of the year. Any tips you could share would be greatly appreciated. Congrats again!
