How I Started:
I was obese all my life, and I eventually got up to 297 pounds. You can imagine that on a 5' 4" frame. One day I decided to completely change my eating and exercising habits and the weight fell off from there.
Why I Love It:
With every new cut and every new size I feel great.

Goal (Long):
I've always wondered what it was like to be 100% secure when it comes to my body. I only have about 10 pounds of body fat to go until I get to 8% body fat, then I think I'll know. Wish me luck!
The HIIT was same as normal, but ****ing good after my day long break. I was re-energized and ready to go, and did the HIIT without a hitch. Then came the lifting, at about 1130 AM. That went very well, too, but ****ing christ it was...
Thanks man! I can remember someone way back in the day saying I had wings, so they have always been good. Deadlifts, pulldowns/pullups and rows are a mainstay. I get a full stretch and contract real hard when lifting.
