I noticed that i always got picked on because of my size and shape....and i wasnt to good with the ladies either. so i decided i need to fix all that. i started with one dumbell n worked my way up to my own machine. now im kinda prouud on how i look but i want better!
Why I Love It:
It relieves me from my stress. i love da way i look after im done working out. i feel so energized n ready to do anything!
How I Stay Motivated:
i play music, and i think about how happy my girlfriend is going to be!
You seem very determined, I admire that bro. As far as competitive bodybuilding goes..it's something I've thought about as well, and would recommend you check out some shows if you haven't already, get a feel for what's out there.
Stick to chicken, tuna, fish, lean beef, sweet potatoes, veggies, brown rice, McCanns Oatmeal Plain, ...This is all I eat, and I pour down 3 protein shakes a day, gains will come, it just takes time. This is the way to go for lean mass.
I have been lifting seriously for just a little over a year now, and have packed on some lean muscle which was my biggest goal. I was extrememly skinny and was sick of being teased, so I made a change.
All about staying consistent, inside and outside of the gym bro. Sticking to a high protein, moderate carb, low fat diet. Train with intesity and make sure to hit every muscle group on your body with at least 3 routines. As far as supps go, it's all about finding out what works for you..Although I do recommend Pump, it has increased my strenght tremendously. Remember bro, pain=results, so if it hurts, and if you're sore..results will come.
