How I Started:
After turning 25, I started noticing that my body was slowly rotting away. I was being more and more unhealthy, and I couldn't keep up with my two boys.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of gaining my youth back, and feeling energized instead of tired all the time.
How I Stay Motivated:
My kids! I have to keep up with them.
