Thanks bruh! An article I read last night stated to eat approx. 20 calories per pound of body weight. For instant - I weigh 149 x 20lb = 3000 calories a day. I had some success with taking 1 scoop of whey protein pre-workout & 2 scoops post-workout. I just started taking 2 scoops of casein protein before bed. Also, left heavy. Use weights you can rep 4-6x per set when bulking. Good luck! Tony M.
