Well its been a while since I last wrote to my blog so here goes with an update.
I've been getting stronger I've noticed that. Got good shape and strength but weight is yet to start shifting. As soon as I get some money am going to buy a few protein shakes and then start packing on the...
Best of luck to your goals man. Dedication is the key!!! Never give up even though there will be times you really want to. Trust me I been through those and whenever I come out of it, I feel so glad that I did not quit. Looking in the mirror always makes me smile :)
as you are thinking about it take a look at the link on my homepage see if there is anything we can help out with gym clothes and posing trunks etc or let me know if we can make something when you are ready we have clients by thescore in the UK and would like to add one more
well i guess you gotta ask if it gets you closer too or farther from your ultimate goal. If it were me, id work for the mass, but again you gotta figure how that will play out in the long term.
I always keep my diet clean.
I'm not sure if it's permanent or not, the doctors have no idea what's wrong. I can jump rope, box, and do some plyo moves so that's my cardio. I have good days and bad days with it..on good days, I'll hit the treadmill and do interval climbs/runs uphill with 12-22lb weighted vest/dumbells. Still good for interval training, I just can't do old-school sprints, which I miss.
have you tried working on like a year long cycle. for example, make beach season your contest season and the winter months bulking time. So that way you can put on the mass all winter and fall, cut in the spring, and be in peak for summer?
Thanks bro, im tryin to get back to that, its just tough gettin the calories i was gettin then. U got some serious conditioning though dude. Whats your diet like?
I already do intervals, but thanks. I can only do it with jumping rope/boxing, because I have an injury and can physically no longer run. I hate it, because running intervals were awesome :(
also concentrate on penut butter whole wheat pasta and bread skim milk ftuits in the morning and post workout chocolate milk and avoid all juice and pop its really nothing but carbs from sugar also taccos are a very good way to get EVERYTHING / carbs protein from beef and all ur vegies :) .... hope i could help i wana hear bak soon on how ya doen
i reccomend fish oil capsuls ( 2 with ur first 3 meals ) it helps burn fat calories while stacken on lean muscle tissue ... also try to concentrate on eggs chicken tuna steak ( avoid ribs n pork ) try to eat some vegies to increase the speed of digestion... have your Whey protein with water and fast absorbing carbs post workout
u jus started lifting so dont get discouraged with the scale right now ur body is goen through change andu are accuatally gaining muscle and burning fat at the same time because its new to ur system .... next msg
sounds like your training program is fine. keep a journal of how many calories you are eating and make sure you get around 3000 a day. if it isn't working after a few weeks, knock up the calories more. you should gain weight.
all my lifts went up 10 pounds + over the last 2 weeks and ive had a solid 3 pound gain and my sthomach hasnt like bloated out or anything look into it if size is wut your looking for and remember for muscle building stay in the 8-12 rep range and keep proper form its not about how much u lift its about what you lift right :) ... get bak at me
heyyy broo i was readen ur comment in our group there i see you want lean gains ... look into Mutant Mass ( its a protein shake ) but its 52gr. protein and 156 grams of carbs and 1000 calories and the carbs come from barly wheat not sugar ... it absorbs a bit slower but thats the only difference u wont get fat of it ( next msg )
