How I Started:	i started in a room with my friend donnelle and we worked out pretty hard wen i was about 15-16 but thats stoped i didint start agen till my late 17 and that was with a lil help and then we started working so i just did alot of pushups not i got with both donnelle and nick today thay both put in a lot of time to get with we 3 are.
Why I Love It:	I just like working hard and the challenge u can say.
