How I Started:
i started in a room with my friend donnelle and we worked out pretty hard wen i was about 15-16 but thats stoped i didint start agen till my late 17 and that was with a lil help and then we started working so i just did alot of pushups not i got with both donnelle and nick today thay both put in a lot of time to get with we 3 are.
Why I Love It:
I just like working hard and the challenge u can say.

I realy dont no lol i just work and work and ....the harder i work the longer i can go mostly just workin out with soem one helps me

How's the bulking up coming along Mr? When I decide to start shredding, what kind of cardio programme would you suggest? I used to do aerobics 4 times a week but that still wasn't giving me the sort of look I wanted - maybe the sessions were too long and too intense? RJ

Great day for something outside. Gonna take a long bike ride (maybe 30 miles) then hitting the gym later for some chest and abs. Did legs yesterday and I need to stretch em out cause they're all stiff and sore. So I figure the bike ride will do it. I'm sure you're training today. What you working on?

Ive been pulling 12-16 hour work days. I'm barley getting enough sleep let alond trying to find time to take my butt to the gym. I'mma try to get back into it this week if not next Tuesday for sure. That's when I finally get a day off of work.
