How I Started:
I've always worked out a month her and a month there, never steady. I started five days a week almost a year ago. I started working out because I found sobriety and wanted to keep it.
Why I Love It:
Working out for me is a release, I work out in the morning before I go to work. It's a great way to start the day. I enjoy learning new things as I progress.
How I Stay Motivated:
I wake up every morning and I think of Jamie Bush! She really gets my motor running. vrooom vrooom!
BB Accomplishments:
When I started working out I weighed 163 and today I weigh 217. All the weight I put on has been muscle.

Day before I started working out. I had been clean and sober 12 days. This picture was the beginning of my life change. 163 pounds:
320 clean and sober. 5 days a week in the gym. 54 pounds gained. Hard work pays off.
