You better believe that we will bring them! I talked to Jim about doing some outside shoots, in July. Then, I will do one with my mom in August. Then starting to get ready for Natural USA's!

My wife and I also had talked about going to the USA this year for a small summer vacation... it's been awhile since we've been there... but she also quit her job a couple of weeks ago so we don't know yet how our finances will pan out. Now that you're doing the show it gives me added insentive to attend!

Vegas is a lot of fun... although you really can't enjoy it until it's all over the show is soooo much more exciting and big time. The USA was my first National show and the one I recall enjoying the most... maybe because it was my first national win or just the excitement of the whole thing.. I was so much in awe of everthing around me. Remind me to tell you my Gunter story sometime!

Have you gotten together a 60 second free posing routine (without music) to do during prejudging? Many competitors forget about this VERY valuable opportunity to make an impression upon the judges with only YOU on stage... cut out the fluff and give 'em your best stuff during this time!

You might want to verify about the microwave... many times the host hotel (or promoter) will have 2-3 microwaves available for competitors to use because they dont' want them to bring their own and overdo the circuits in the hotel. Check with the promoter or host hotel to verify if they are offering this service. Most do.

I'll probably be coming in around 155 to 160. I'm going to try and take some more pics tonight. What are the height classes? Golds does have a womens only area but not the whole gym. There was a guy from Golds that won the light heavy at Gopher State his name is Chad too.
