Good☀️Morning mi darlings... Another warm day ahead currently 55°F, enjoying it for sure. I put almost 7K steps in by 8:30a. Also, my BF% has dropped almost 1%, my BMI has dropped nearly 1% as well, and my Visceral Fat is at a steady 5%. 10% VF is normal and 5-9% is considered the genetic elite level. Not bad lol. FullBody tonight. Have a good one... Later💋
