My Motivation Program

My father always supported me lifting and going to the gym. He taught me hard work and dedication can get me wherever i want to go in life as long as I want it bad enough. Broke my left leg in 2 places and pushed myself through rehab to a quick recovery. Even with 2 screws in my left knee i workout my legs harder and harder each week. I know everyday in and out of the gym my dad is looking down on me.
