When you live in a small lil town its something to do. Love the feeling i get from working out. Its like no other
How I Stay Motivated:
im never satisfied. I reach a goal and i set myself a new one.
BB Accomplishments:
To me putting up 315 at 190 was pretty good, but my fav would have to be deadlifting 445. Race to 500!

Hey there man, i train at home where i can still make it a hardcore surrounding. Gyms here are good but not enough squat racks bro. How many calories are you currently eating?

Ya it is but regardless it is lacking compared to other lifts. My back has always been a weak point and i have been hitting it very hard as you can see in my journal. A lower back injury i got doing leg press (poor form and too much weight) set me back on squats and deads too.
