How I Started:
I started I suppose around the middle of my sophmore year into my junior year of high school. The main goal was to lose weight, and live, and I did hope to continue and keep it up.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself, I look and feel better and it gives me lots of energy. It helps me to be more comfortable about my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't really have means of motivation...still don't I just do it cause I needed to...God help me.

Goal (Long):
I want to be able to wear fitted tees, or take my shirt off and not feel so uncomfortable about what I see in the mirror. I aslo want to gain the discipline need to acheive that. I have never really had things to looked at as inspiration, so it's hard for me to really find something, or someone to inspire me. All I know, is that I want to be fit, muscular, healthy, and ripped!!! So I am open to anyones help/tips.
