An old roommate of mine got me hooked over 10yers ago. I just recently picked it back up - decided it was time to tighten things up after having my son, who is now 3yrs old.

This was taken the day I decided I needed to get serious about shedding some pounds - especially in the middle (141Lbs).
I recently lost 15lbs and now I'm concentrating on building muscle baby! There's much work to be done but I'm up for the challenge - and I welcome any advice you all would like to send my way! ;-)
and for the best results workout only one muscle a day. and only workout for 45min to an hour. and as soon as you get done working out take some protein, thats the best time to take some. haha well if you want to know any workouts or anything else let me know! keep up the great work!
now why your stoped your heart is still beating fast, so you will be working out your heart really good but it wont workout your body that much so you dont have to worry about burning muscle, an then you keep doin it over an over again. and all i eat is protein carbs an calories, and i take as many grams of protein as i weigh everyday. and you want to drink lots of water, i drink 1 gallon everyday, haha muscle is 80% water!
What i do in the offseason is go as heavy as i can on everything 3 sets and 5 reps. you still should do some cardio but you dont want to burn muscle, so say your on a track, what you do is run as fast as you can half way around the track and then just stop for a litle bit.
