Overall Goal: I want to put on 15 lbs to reach my previous weight I was at 1 1/2 years ago.
Fit Status:
Didn't quite reach 300! Maxed my push ups and sit ups but dropped from a high 12 min to low 14 min. I guess I should be running lol!

How I Started:
I began working out for soccer some 10 years ago. At 16 I began boxing and joined the Army shortly after completion of high school. Recently I have been working out to gain muscle mass. I also practice a sport called Parkour which is ones movement in their environment, finding the best and less strenuous way through or around obstacles using your body's natural movements. That has been a great cardio exercise aside from running.
Why I Love It:
I love the change and improvement that comes with a solid workout and the result afterwards and not having to force the muscle to show but a naturally chiseled physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is not really a problem as I have Physical Fitness Test in the Army that I must always be able to perform well on(personal goal is at minimum 70% in each event: push up, sit up, 2 mile run.) But just the ability to feel confident of my body is a motivator to maintain and better my physique not to mention the health benefits from dieting and working out.
BB Accomplishments:
So far I have no real bragging point my max bench is 215 lbs. I weigh 145 lbs. If thats a bragging point than I am surprised!! LOL.

Goal (Long):
Personally I enjoyed 160 - 162 lbs it was, from my view point, a high point in performance as far as upper body and core went without losing time on my 13:00 min or below per 2 mile goal. So that is my the reason for my renewed interest of getting back into a dietary and workout routine.
