I miss plyometrics. Haven't done those in a LONG time. At any rate, my training is twice a day, 6 days a week. Mornings, I do my 4-5 sets of 5 on deadlifts, maybe a few pull-ups/dips and spend some time with the stepmill. Afternoons my workouts consist primarily of lots of drop sets which might be followed by some cardio.
I need to post progress pics of this new training one day. Man, I noticed you didn't say anything about fight training. Your bartendaz workouts take care of that?
Man, 10 more pounds? You'd be a very intimidating fighter at that size if its all muscle. He he, I miss fighting. I haven't done it in so long. Then again, I didn't really enjoy it too much either. Just on occasion. How's your lifting for that?
