fletch3r i dont tend to weigh my food anymore, but porridge oats are probably the only direct source of carbs i eat consistently about 40g (dry) in the morning and same again pre workout - like i said no refined carbs,unless specifically bulking Jul 11, 2012 3:55pm

fletch3r ok, well first thing is to always train intense and keep to solid plan with both workouts and nutrition, that way you can be sure that the progress, wether good or bad is directly related to that plan. i tend to be very low carb all year and i dont eat refined carbs like any pasta, rice or wheat grain except during a handful of bulking periods. lots of white fish, lean meats and veg with healthy fats like olive oil, almonds and avocado Jul 10, 2012 3:36am
