How I Started:
At the age of 6 I started playing soccer, I was 15 years old when I got some injuries and like many of us. When I was recoverd I need to get back in shape and this is how I discovered the gym.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
I watch some training videos from Arnold Swarzenegger, Flex Wheeler, Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler,.. I'm also working out with some good friends, they support me. Also my girlfriend helps me to stay motivated. My dad was also a bodybuilder, in the gym i'm working out there are some photos of my dad, my dad means a lot to me.
