My goal is to one day be able to see my abs again.
Goal (Long):
I used to be athletic and once school was over I became a consultant. I put on a ton of weight and lost the ability to do all the things I used to love in life. I was up to 283lbs at one point. Now, I'm down to 251lbs but I still have a very long way to go.
My current goals are what I hope to be reachable - get to 215lbs or 16% body fat (half of what I am now) in the next year (if possible).
We seem about the same build and I had actually got bigger than you - 281lbs at my peak. I'm down to 251lbs now but man, you're getting me fired up to keep going harder. Thank you.
Well, Saturday's work out wasn't good at all. I have it saved on my phone but I need to post it to my workouts. I had woke up at 2AM on Saturday after only getting 3 hours of sleep. I had to get up so early because I had a friend who needed a lift to the airport and when I got home my boys...
