How I Started:
I started lifting by taking strength training class at my high school.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes you look great.
How I Stay Motivated:
I tell myself if don't lift a certain amount weights I am not leaving the Gym until it my lifting session is done.
BB Accomplishments:
I been able to bench 350lbs. for four straight weeks and also seeing my six pack abs coming through is awesome.
