When I Started: 1995
How I Started: I got the typical start with weights when I was a high school student looking for more respect from my peers. . . and I guess I just never quit. I have always wanted to become bigger and stronger with my attention split between the two at varying times.
Why I Love It: I love the fact that ultimately what you put in for effort- you will reap with results.
How I Stay Motivated: There have been times where training has taken a back seat for months and even years, but the thought of getting older has spurred me on lately. I would like to see how big and strong I can become before succumbing to just maintaining what I have.

thnks man, i always found dumbell bench presses always wrked really well, but iv only really done incline flyes in my workouts. but ill mix it up a bit. thnks alot for the advice man. your training goin well?
