Oh, and one other thing, get out of your house and go to a gym. That way, you prepare, and it becomes a god habbit, and it's a good thing to do. Get seriouse = get results, don't get serious = no or little results. Good Luck

Good hearing from you bro. Shaving is up to you. In bb its not wierd. Its part of the bb lifestyle. It also shows your definition better. So do feel bad about doing it. Most bb'ers do it, especially for competition. But its up to you. Glad all is going well. Looking forward to seeing your progress.

Nice work bro. Perfect abs. Great adonis belt. However, there is no way you have a 23.5 in waist. I think you are at least a 26-26. Double check that. You really look great. Keep up the good work.

well I made a workout that focused mostly on my pecs and upper Body. Benchpress with Dumbells Inlinepress with Dumbells and flys.
