How I Started:
My brother was a former amatuer bodybuilder who got me into lifting for football. Soon I loved lifting more than playing football.
Why I Love It:
You can always make improvments to yourself. Bodybuilding has no end whether your 100lbs or 300lbs. There is no greater competition than yourself. You are your own greatest critic, and strongest competitor.
How I Stay Motivated:
A few more reps, a few more lbs..Its addicting Every week i want to see improvments.
