How I Started:
I began working out around the age of 12 when I first got a bench press. Benched 180 lbs max for age 14 weighing 125 lbs.. I got serious about it September of 2008. Now I have a trainer as well to consult with more so to help me find events and tells me when they are.
Why I Love It:
I love bettering myself, I love seeing the changes. It's a great confidence booster, makes me feel great. I love attention I get from people and when they notice changes as well. It's a great feeling. On top of that, it's good for you.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see others twice my size and that makes me want to get bigger. I am never saitsfied with how I am.
BB Accomplishments:
Big chest after 3 months of hard training. Shoulders people always notice, worked those out hard. Calves I never really had to work on to be honest, born with them hehe.

yea it's not that big of a deal though. nothin cardio can't handle. this cut cycle i haven't done ANY cardio. Once it gets nice out I'll slowly start implementing that againg. Look jacked in your profile pic. Good work brotha!
