June 2007: My doctor said it was time to drop weight and fat, while increasing muscle.
September 2008: Stepped it up by joining a gym.
Why I Love It:
June 2007: I do not exactly love it, but it is not work either.
September 2008: Two days in the gym now, and the feeling is great. The pump, and knowing what the results of the time, effort, pain, soreness and money will entail.
How I Stay Motivated:
June 2007: I want to live beyond my current age.
September 2008: I am new to it this week, and will motivate myself by each day's results and failures.
BB Accomplishments:
1) Joining a fitness center.
2) Going.

June 2007: I have been on a weight roller coaster all of my adult life. I was always a three month on and nine month off fitness person. Basically, I go up in weight and bodyfat, then join a gym, eat better, etc., for three months, then slack off for nine. I have done this cycle for nearly 20 years. It has never been about numbers for me, like being 200 pounds or 10% bodyfat, rather, it has been about the look, and how my clothing fits. Today, at 43, it is about my overall health.
As of 8/11/08, I surpassed my personal goal. I lost 46 pounds and can easily see myself hitting 185 by October. Need to work on body fat and firming everything up now.
As of 9/26/08, I joined LA Fitness in Wyomissing, and took on a personal trainer. I am looking to develop a fitness oriented lifestyle.
As of 1/13/09: My time at LA Fitness has gone good, although I lasped for about 3 weeks. In Day 5 of a 7-Day Cleanse. At 191.0 pounds today. Bodyfat is at 24.7, which is odd, because it is higher then at the start.
As of 7/10/09: Fell into the same routine. Got where I was comfortable, and slacked off diet and exercise since February. Back now six days. Down 3.2 pounds and 0.6% body fat. Have only worked each body part one time this week. Will do legs again today, and report progress.

I want to LOSE 10 lb

ohio was the perfect model, and was true to the sport, very sad they picked jersey rules, but most of the decision makers are from that side of the state, so it was inevitable. it will limit the development of fighters in our state. they should not be allowed to call it mma, its anything but.
Well, there's a few coming up in NY that I want to enter just to have one under my belt. Then bulk a bit, and if everything seems in order I may do Musclemania.
MAN I WISH!!! LOL! I ATTENDED A SEMINAR HE WAS GIVING IN VIRGINIA, WHEN I GET BACK FROM IRAQ,HOPEFULLY LATE SEPTEMBER, I PLAN ON FINDING A GOOD CAMP THATS NOT TOO FAR FROM ME!
