When I Started: Jan, 2008
How I Started: I first started in the winter of 2003 due to 8th grade football. We learned the basics and from right then I was hooked.
Why I Love It: Its a personal challenge. If you make a mistake you have no one else to blame but your self.
How I Stay Motivated: As of now I keep my self motivated by wanting to be back where my body was a few years back. I've let my self go too far and I know it.

Goal (Long): I really hope in the next three months I make some good progress. I've joined a gym, got my self a work out program and a diet and I feel as if I can do this. Only time will tell.

yea man sure did, i think my vert has gone up a little since i started the box jumps. i also think i got somewhat faster, not much, but still a little improvement. i believe ill get much faster before the season starts

Actually i dont play football but im friends with a coach or two and know how good they are. i play soccer but our football coaches are amazing.
