i wanna get absolutely shredded without losing alot of lean muscle, so if anyone has any good workouts, supps, or ideas lemme know they would be greatly appriciated
I was on a weight gain diet and workout program for 8 weeks, and gained about 7-9 pounds and of course gained some fat. Now I am going to try and reduce my body fat. I am currently doing a cario-pylo circuit(sp)and its going great.
Is cold for this area,well is cold in winter everywhere for me,i hate winter time.Why u being so hard on yourself?you look good,at least you don't have to loose bodyfat,you are leanand ripped.

All about consistency bro, stayin on top of training and diet. No excuses, not missing a day. High protein, moderate carb, low fat..and hitten the abs every day. Lookin lean and pretty defined bro, you're on the right track, keep it up!
