3 weeks after starting weight training. Sorry I don't have one on the date I started. BTW, it was cold! Dallas, Tx in April, and it snowed (flurries) shortly after taking the pics.

Lost only 1 pound from April 7th - May 18th. I was eating what the calculators said my maintenance was minus 250 cals. It didn't work and felt like I wasted a month. Not really because I feel I gained some muscle mass while my waist still shrunk. BUT, I stopped going by calculators and now eat much less and I've lost 5 pounds since May 18th.
