Goals:
Main Goal: Improve For A Sport
Goal (Short): goal of bench 185 met. now my goal is to get my stomach toned up for working at waterpark this summer. any ideas?
Goal (Long): I played tightend last year and loved it. I was also pretty good at it. I hope to catch a few TDs next year!
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 15 lb

For lifting, just get better at doing the power clean. This lift is all about explosion, constanly work on your form and how fast you can get the weight up. Use those hips. This is the core lift for football players (along with squats). Cardio wise, run up hills or do bleachers to get that 40 time up.

damn you're pretty big for a 13 year old man. Nice to know sum1 else has goals like me too. remember tho, you gotta focus more on those legs and back rather than those biceps (I know I know, biceps gets u the hot chicks), but I said FOCUS more on the legs man. hahaha you'll be great at football, I can already tell you're hella committed.

Hope you get your goal by then. What I have been doing is high reps and low weight. I have this idea that even if you can lift 300 pounds once, can you lift 135 100 times? What I have been doing is sets of 25+ of 135 on a benchpress and I have been doing very well. When I go back to the original weight I work out with I do it easily and barely break a sweat finishing all my sets.
