When I Started: Mar, 2004
How I Started: my mom took me to the gym and she got me started on just some light weight and i started liking it because i started feeling good after i was done working out and so i started going more and more. now im a workout finatic
Why I Love It: because i get big and i feel good after im done working out
How I Stay Motivated: i get some music and i go to the gym and work out. thats pretty much it.
BB Accomplishments: to get toned and more muscle mass and get just really big before high school is over.

Supps have nothing to do with your size or gaining size, all they do is give you a bit of an edge on your training.. couple of extra reps etc. but just type in www.theocbwebsite.com and go to events.

well, untill I see something new, thats all I have to go by, oh and by the way dude, when you ask around for competitions, you are looking for the TEEN division, Junior division is 20-24 years old. u dont want that. your BEST bet for finding a show is wwww.ocbboybuilding.com N.

I agree, muscle tech is a great company. and u mean your main picture? if so u should definitly get an update. and I am not denying the fact that you have good size, But you are not bigger than me. the stats alone prove that. and which muscletech product are you on?

nah bro, ther is nothing wrong w. creatine, ask anyone who knows/works in those companies, and yeah muscletech is great. I have been on leukic, and will be taking Gakic shorty. which sups. have u taken from the company.

Oh, and about the benching, to bench every other day is over training your chest. you should only hit each bodypart once a week. (check out my routine). muscles need time to heal after a workout, they generally need 3-5 days to recover. N.

I know where your comming from, but it has been proven there is nothing dangerous about creatine. the ONLY risk is dehydration, and to save that+your liver just drink water. remember supps. DONT make you bigger, they just give you a bit of an adge on your training. as for competitions they are all over the place. check out Ocbbodybuilding.com, and INBF.net, mine is in april. N.

umm.. sorry bud, you'll get there, but as of right now, you are not bigger than me, your chest is 34" mines over 40, and I weight 150. either way though I take glutamine, creatine, and am going to take gakic. N.
