At this time I'm doing some lunges, dumbbell flyes and dumbbell side bends every day. Comparing the pictures of June to February does not seem to have progressed much, and I am a bit discouraged. Now I'll try to be more constant and dedicate on hour a day to reach my goals.
Thanks for accepting! Your muscles look solid and defined, specially pecs, ABS and arms. Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals. How is going your training?
last year i performed better than the year before,but instead of wrestling girls,i wrestled boys,and that was good and bad.I became a better wrestler,beat every girl i went against,but out of the whole season i only beat one boy.
But now that im taking freestyle over the summer among other things,i should be better than ever and i intend to beat at least half the guys i go against.
Wrestling is awsome,my whole life has changed since i started it,and im lovin it!
Yep...and actually I'll go ahead and update that. My training avgs. about 45 minutes per session. I'm doing ABS only once per week...and cardio...NIL. I may do the elliptical 2-3x's about 20mins each session. But, the short wkouts are to the point! I'm totally pleased with my strength gains. Best Wishes to Ya'!
