When I Started:
Jan, 2008
How I Started:
Well I started working out in my weight training class in high school back in 2006. I was skinny kid that never could lift too much but I did learn different exercises and form and stuff. Than I was on and off until January of 2008 when I decided that it was about time to get more serious about it.
Why I Love It:
Its an addiction. It improves me and make me feel better about myself. I just don't feel right if I miss a day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just seeing my body slowly improve and transform. Putting more and more weight up in those lifts.
BB Accomplishments:
Benching 215
Not being as skinny as I used to be.

Relaxed 135 lbs. This was the result of 10 months of dedication to the gym.
155 lbs. I've put on some body fat and gained a little muscle. I have slight scoliosis which is why it looks like my shoulders seem uneven

You can do it: over 4 - 5 years I went from approx 137 to 152 to 167 to 173 to 177 to 180. Lots of protein shakes, yogurt, cheese, etc..
