How I Started:
I was a communications major until I took a fitness and weight training class at college. I've always been active and enjoyed physical activity, but once I started spending more time in the gym, I knew I wanted to make a career out of it. I changed my major to Leisure and Recreation with a concentration in Fitness and Exercise Science, and I love it!
I am now an AFPA certified personal trainer and hope to eventually own my own gym.

If I don't make them up from scratch, I modify workouts I read in fitness magazines or get from friends. I tailor them to fit my goals and schedule.
