My friend from back home went through a complete transformation during the duration of my freshman year in college. It completely inspired me.
Why I Love It:
What's not to love? Too many things to talk about.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the results. And oftentimes a preworkout drink gets me in the mindset that I need to be in.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Right now I keep a mostly vegetarian diet. Meat a few times a year. While I'm in school I keep a mostly vegan diet because the school food is disgusting and not healthy for you at all.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Caffeine helps when I'm not in the mood or a little tired. Other than that, the daily ritual of changing into gym shorts, packing my stuff, putting on my gloves, and listening to energizing music real...more

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
A preworkout supplement with Arginine in it. Sometimes its a PreWO with caffeine and all the other stuff in it, sometimes its just arginin-AKG with some BCAA.
