What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Right now I keep a mostly vegetarian diet. Meat a few times a year. While I'm in school I keep a mostly vegan diet because the school food is disgusting and not healthy for you at all.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Caffeine helps when I'm not in the mood or a little tired. Other than that, the daily ritual of changing into gym shorts, packing my stuff, putting on my gloves, and listening to energizing music really gets me in the zone.Caffeine helps when I'm not in the mood or a little tired. What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
A preworkout supplement with Arginine in it. Sometimes its a PreWO with caffeine and all the other stuff in it, sometimes its just arginin-AKG with some BCAA.
