Fit Status:
Replaced my blown subwoofer with the new one. Hooked the box down in my trunk. Good to go now.
Was anorexic cuz I thought having abs was so cool I was like 5'8" at 13-15 and weighed between 119lbs to 130lbs. Thought it was so cool being ripped as **** but than around age 14 I started lifting and trying to get bigger. Ever since than I've wanted to get huge and ripped, abs mean nothing if you are weak as shit.
Why I Love It:
Personal goals, proving I can challenge my body and take my physic to new levels. Nobody is perfect. I will strive to be though. Ever since my skin got ****ed up it's kinda been my thing to get huge. Why? Because I love the feeling of the pump, the rush of blood pulsating through my veins, the tendons tightening around my wrist causing tremendous pain, but it feels so amazing once you are done with a good, all out, 100% you can give workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror, critique my physic, work harder, take fewer rests between sets, bust ass in the gym.

BB Accomplishments:
I have it written down, 4/17/06 benched 260lbs. 5/2/06 benched 280lbs. *Those were 1 rep max for your information.*
Hitting above 200lbs even though it was just extra water weight at the time.

So let's see. Been exercising since I was 13. Started lifting when I was 14 and a half. Nobody wants to hear my life story so enough **** and here we go.
My goals are:
Weigh: 230lbs.
Bench: 405lbs. (raw)
Deadlift: 500lbs.
Squat: 500 lbs.
Curl: 160 lbs.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 60 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

Friday May 1st was back day. Did deadlifts along with my routine. Got up to 275 for reps and than tried 3 full plates on each side and almost got it up but since I'm on Accutane right now my right knee was feeling like it was going to pop, it kept cracking so I wasn't able to get it...
Haha not quite... they have a ways to go before they look like yours. I'm really focusing on the transverse abs to flaten them outlately. Any tips on how to get great abs?? I'll try almost anything.
I loved it! Very cute. Training has been great, doing some higher reps for legs and tearing up the abs. Attempting to get ready for summer without losing too much muscle. How about you? Just have to say that you have amazing proportions. Looks like you've been busy.
