My boyfriend is a health and fitness freak. He's just rubbed off on me. He has a great body and is always so productive. I really believe it's because he works out. I envy that and I decided I was going to better myself and body too!
Why I Love It:
It's a great self-esteem booster! I also used to be depressed a lot. Now that I work out, all those endorphins have made me a better and happier person. Not to mention I'm already seeing some awesome changes in my body and weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just keep reminding myself how much better I will feel about myself and not to be superficial but...how great I'm going to look in a bathing suit when it comes time for Spring Break!
BB Accomplishments:
To lose 15lbs and have a flatter stomach and tighter butt. I currently weigh 135lbs. I have a bit of pudge on the stomach and I my butt is letting gravity get the best of it.

Goal (Long):
I want to lose 15lbs in 2 months! I've already started hitting the gym and I already feel better about myself. I run for 30min everyday. My boyfriend comes in with me everyday and after I do my cardio we do a workout designed for my body that day. For example, on Mondays we lift weights for my biceps and chest. Tuesday we lift weights for my triceps and back. Wednesday we lift weights for my shoulders and abs. Thursday we blast weights for my legs. Friday we take the day off and Saturday is just cardio. I want to achieve these goals because I have extreme low self-esteem. I want to become more confident in myself as a person and with what I wear in public. I want to have that body that I've always envied on other women. I want to be that woman that walks by and all the other girls get jealous and all the guys just can't help but look!
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Hmmm...Probably any one of the girls from "Dancing With The Stars". They all have phenominal bodies!

You can over do it. Sure, push yourself to finish that last rep, but if you're having to use all your body's energy to do it, it's probably not a good idea. No one's going to judge you. So yesterday was my first official day of working out towards my fitness goal! I currently weigh 135lbs. I want to weigh 120lbs. I want to achieve this goal by March 9, 2008. Exactly 2 months from today. I plan on doing a lot of cardio and some weight lifting to achieve this...
