Fan ta dig i skinnet! Du kan ju inte torska 3 prov i rad! Speciellt inte när du betalar så mycket som du gör. Jag är klar med cert III nu, så för mig är allt lugnt nu hehe. pumpar bara nu hehe, hoppas på att hitta något fruntimmer att humpa också haha! >: D

Hey you old fart =D **** is not going well with the weight atm. All the stress from school is my guess. Gonna be nice with some holidays, and then i can steal some tasty food from my parents hehehe. Keep on trucking

oh fy fan va jobbigt, skulle bli galen. Yes här bulkas det för fullt. Går sjukt bra nu, gått upp 9.5kg på runt 5månader =) Vart i svea är du ifrån?

ah ok, might be because cardio is so damn boring! Im avoiding it as good as i can hehe, but then i always take my bike everywhere. School takes up a lot of time, but i kinda make sure to give myself a lot of time for other stuff.

Yeah its sweet. Im only doing basic stuff this term, but next term will be more fun. And yeah, training is going really well. Gained about 8kgs since i got down here. Hows it going with your cardio?

hehe its very far from home. Kinda missing my friend and family. But it didnt take much time to find new friends. And most people i know here is into lifting, so having like minded around is really good. I am really happy with the education, learn so much good stuff everyday.

yeah its really great. The program is very good, mainly because all the teachers have been working in the fitness industry for a long time. Some of them are the most amazing teachers ive had. And its hard to complain about the weather as well hehe. around 25 degrees celsius most of the days.

I moved here becuase im getting a Fitness/PT Education. So ill be here for atleast 18months in total. Its really nice just hanging around people with the same mindset as yourself.

Both chest and biceps are my lagging parts. But thank you for your kind words. If you just know how to train you will be bigger then i am in my pictures in no time. For how the training goes. I just started a new cycle of MadCow. Which is a really good routine. Whats your goals?

hello, thanks for the comment =) looking nice, about the underarm injury, yeah i got it while doing bicep with a barbell, ive now switched to dumbells and my arm is ok =) Hope your get better aswell soon!
