Me and a friend(Barpen) started working out August last year. I didnt really try to push my limits since i was to affraid of getting damaged, and i didnt have the motivations to. So i started building more serius this year
Why I Love It:
I love making progress! And its fun to see the body change, and its easy to notice when you have been working out propely
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by notecing changes, and reading on Bodybuilding.com. Also im tired of being the skinny boy. People telling me i cant get big also motivates me, since i feel like i have to prove i can for them.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
i would say deadlift, since the back gets injured quite easy

Been injured 3 times for 2 weeks. First in my back/ass after doing a bad squat, then my right forearm from something i dont know. And last time my joint after a bad pullover. Only did some stretching ...more

So ive had problems gaining weight since this autumn, and i think its because the 1k Kcal shakes ive been taking, i havnt really concentrated as much on real food since i started making them. Ive just writen a food schedule that i hope will work, the first one is 20fat 40carbs 40protein...

who you callin fart ya farter!? :@ hehe. weight gain comes in portions or some shiet like that. thats what they say atleast:P. Hope schools goin great even tho you seem to have loads. I myself failed the last 3 tests due to Hanna bitching up my ass combined with me not being able to focus. Got a grip on it now tho which is a big relief, Just gotta catch up now;) hopefully I'll start gaining again after this sick week. Havn't dared to weigh myself :S. tomorrow tho... tomorrow...

Tjenare, har tagit bort gipset så bör komma igång med löpning och squats om 3-4 veckor..inte att rekomendera o gå runt med gips i 6 veckor lol.. så du vill gå upp i vikt?

Cardio is alright, mostly been walking with a pack on. Need to be doing more running though. Swimming probly wouldn't hurt either. Don't know about you but school takes up all my free time.

Congrats on the squat man! Just keep workin on that bench it'll shoot up before ya know it. You're right about cardio, it's a pain those first few runs lol. Hit em hard and I'll try to do the same!

I understand, getting sick can really throw you off. Good luck getting back man. I actually got to my goals except for squat the beginning of december. Took a month or so off and just got back at it last wednesday. amazing what a change in diet can do.
